Apex Group Ltd in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Finance Controller to join their group finance team. This role includes oversight of the month-end close process, management of audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a recognized accounting accreditation and at least two years' experience in a similar role.

Formación

• Minimum two years' experience as a legal entity controller.
• Proficient in IFRS and exposure to US GAAP is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee month-end close process for legal entities.
• Manage legal entity audits and submission of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory capital requirements.
• Manage annual budget process.
• Liaise closely with the Head of Finance and Local Managing Directors.
