Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Accountant to join our finance team in Stellenbosch. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, IFRS compliance, and supporting month-end close within a hybrid work environment.

You will lead closing processes, prepare complex statements, analyze data for trends, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in the Western Cape region.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting roles.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, including complex modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
