Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional qualification (e.g., CA, CFA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, financial consulting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in improving financial performance, cost management, or profitability enhancement.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial modeling.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an office-based, collaborative team environment.
• Experience with FP&A tools is a plus.
