You will work directly with client finance teams, lead profitability and cost-reduction initiatives, and mentor junior staff. Strong analytical skills and deep financial modeling experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CA(SA)/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent is desirable.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, management consulting, corporate finance, or related area.
• Proven experience in financial performance improvement, cost management, or financial transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at improving financial performance, including profitability enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability studies.
• Develop financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
• Assist clients in optimizing financial processes, such as P2P and O2C.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and implement best practices in financial management.
• Support clients in performance management, including the design and implementation of KPIs and dashboards.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for client leadership.
