Placements24 is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for our Upington office in the Northern Cape. You will oversee the finance department, lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, and drive financial strategy in a regulated financial services context.

The role requires a CA(SA)/ACCA/CMA or equivalent, 7+ years in finance with 3+ in management, strong IFRS knowledge, and proficiency in SAP/Oracle and advanced Excel. You will mentor staff and collaborate with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA(SA), ACCA, or CMA is highly desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations in SA.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and advanced Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous.
