Qualifications

• Professional accounting designation (e.g., CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA) mandatory.

• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
• ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle) and advanced analytics.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Manager to lead their finance function. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within South Africa. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as managing financial risks and ensuring compliance. This role requires a strong leader with a proven ability to drive financial performance and provide strategic insights to support business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy.

• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors.

Requirements

• A professional accounting designation (e.g., CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA) is mandatory.
