Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in industrial service, rotating equipment management
• Experience with compressors, blowers, vacuum systems or rotating equipment
• Trade-tested Millwright with willingness to travel
• Strong leadership and customer-relations capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead field service, workshop, and after-sales operations
• Manage service technicians, supervisors, and support teams
• Coordinate breakdowns, maintenance, overhauls, and service projects
• Drive service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance
• Manage customer escalations and maintain strong client relationships
• Grow after-sales revenue through spare parts, repairs, upgrades, and service contracts
• Monitor service KPIs, labour utilization, turnaround times, and profitability
• Oversee parts planning, service reporting, job closure, and warranty processes
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
