Hire Resolve seeks an experienced Sales Operations Manager for a hands-on FMCG field-execution role covering Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, and Johannesburg. You will personally visit stores, depots and trucks to find and fix execution gaps, building simple systems to ensure fixes stick.

Requirements include proven hands-on FMCG field execution, ability to drive changes with numbers, and willingness to travel extensively across regions. This role is field-focused, not office-based.

Qualifications

• Hands-on FMCG field execution experience, personally driven and not delegated.
• Proven track record of fixing execution gaps with measurable improvements.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work in stores, depots, and trucks.

Responsabilités

• Own execution standards nationally: call coverage, distribution, ranging, shelf compliance, and promotional execution.
• Build and implement a practical national execution scorecard.
• Run regular in-field audits across all three regions.
• Identify execution breakdowns and fix them directly with the people responsible.
• Close the loop on every issue with a fix, owner, and follow-up date.
• Set and run the national operating rhythm: weekly reviews, daily checks, and reporting deadlines.
• Hold regional teams accountable to standards in partnership with the National Sales Manager.
• Identify and fix process and systems gaps (CRM, call planning, order-to-cash friction).
• Produce a weekly national execution report tracking compliance and remediation.
