Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to drive end-to-end delivery within an agile environment. You will clarify business requirements, document user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams and product owners to ensure solutions meet expectations.

You will also potentially act as Scrum Master within the feature team and apply strong skills in requirements elicitation, information gathering, and stakeholder

Qualifications

5-7 years solid understanding of Agile working practices, LEAN and SCRUM proficiency and working collaboratively across teams.
5-7 years Proven experience in requirements elicitation, gathering, documentation and management and analysing business needs and provide solutions, working in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

To clarify business requirements, documenting associated user stories and acceptance criteria, through in-work collaboration with business stakeholders, cross functional teams and product owners contributing to the accurate and effective end-to-end delivery of expectations.
To assume the role of scrum master within the Feature team if required
