Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking an IT Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements and deliver value-driven outcomes.

You will collaborate within the feature team and with key stakeholders to ensure requirements map to business value and guide the team on how to implement towards the desired outcomes, using agile practices and strong stakeholder engagement. You will also analyse information, craft insights, and support practical decision-making across IT domains.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience with requirements elicitation, gathering, documentation and management.
• 3-4 years practical experience in working in a variety of business areas within IT.
• Understanding and experience of the various disciplines within IT and how they relate to each other.
