Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory/management role within cleaning or facilities management.
• Experience training and leading a cleaning team.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and best practices for high hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations in cleaning operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; multi-tasking ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective with staff and management.
• Proficiency in basic record-keeping and reporting.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, train, and mentor cleaning staff; ensure adherence to procedures and safety guidelines.
• Develop and implement detailed cleaning schedules and work plans for facility areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and identify areas needing attention.
