Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Sanitization Supervisor in Cape Town to oversee sanitization and hygiene operations across multiple commercial properties. You will develop and monitor comprehensive cleaning programs that meet health and safety standards, lead a diverse team, and ensure tenants and visitors enjoy a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce sanitation protocols for all facilities.
• Supervise, train, and mentor sanitation staff.
• Conduct site inspections and audits for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Manage procurement, inventory, and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Develop and manage sanitation department budget.
• Investigate and resolve sanitation issues or client complaints.
• Collaborate with property managers to integrate cleaning services into facility operations in Cape Town.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and supplies usage.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in sanitation and hygiene.
• Promote safety and hygiene awareness among staff and tenants.
