Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a cleaning supervision role, preferably within corporate or commercial facilities management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of cleaning professionals.
• Solid understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and the safe use of chemicals.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards applicable in South Africa.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff assigned to corporate facilities in Randburg.
• Develop and implement effective daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning plans and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleaning quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Serve as the primary liaison with corporate clients for all cleaning-related matters.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or cleaning issues promptly and professionally.
• Implement best practices for cleaning and sanitation in a corporate environment.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply usage.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for the cleaning team.
