The role requires proven leadership in cleaning services, thorough knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to train staff, manage inventory, and enforce health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Cleaning Supervisor or similar leadership role in cleaning industry.
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment including safety protocols.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement detailed cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the facility.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards, safety regulations, and quality control.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed and ensuring cost-effective use.
• Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of staff performance, attendance, and inventory management.
