An established, international group is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support its UK-based CEO and coordinate the onboarding of newly acquired businesses.
This is a varied role combining high-level executive support, stakeholder relationship management and group coordination within a fast-growing international organisation.
You will act as a trusted extension of the CEO, helping manage competing priorities, coordinate activity across the UK and South Africa, and ensure that important commitments are followed through. Alongside this, you will serve as a key point of contact for business owners and senior management teams joining the group through acquisition.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive and personable, with the confidence and judgement to work independently with senior stakeholders.
Experience in an international, entrepreneurial, professional services, property or private equity-backed environment would be advantageous. Exposure to acquisitions, stakeholder onboarding or multi-business coordination would also be beneficial.
You will establish a trusted working relationship with the CEO, bring structure and consistency to executive support, and become a reliable point of contact for business owners joining the group.
This is an opportunity for an accomplished Executive Assistant who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and contributing to a growing international organisation.
