Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, ensuring all details are managed efficiently from concept to completion.

• Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors and suppliers (caterers, decorators, AV technicians, etc.).
• Oversee on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to safety standards.
