Qualifications

• 7+ years in event management, with at least 4 years in a directorial or senior management role in corporate events.
• Proven track record of large-scale corporate events.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of corporate events, from initial client brief to post-event analysis.
• Develop creative concepts and proposals to meet client objectives and budgets.
• Manage event budgets meticulously, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of event planners and support staff.
