Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a professional kitchen.
• Strong foundation in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a demanding environment.
• Based in or able to commute to Kimberley.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and timely preparation of dishes.
• Maintain strict standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation within the kitchen.
• Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering of supplies for your section.
