Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in catering/hospitality with supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Assist Catering Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff.
• Supervise and train catering staff to meet standards.
• Support planning and execution of events from setup to breakdown.
• Interact with clients to address needs and concerns.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and stock control.
• Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
• Help manage event logistics including timely delivery and setup.
