Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management focused on enterprise solutions.
• Proven success delivering large, cross-functional projects with significant budgets.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency in enterprise PM software (MS Project Server, SAP PPM, Primavera).
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise projects.
• Develop and manage project plans: scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment to objectives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication at all levels.
• Oversee enterprise software implementations and process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to standards, quality benchmarks, and compliance.
• Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members.
