• Extensive experience with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proficiency in enterprise project management software (e.g., MS Project Server, SAP PPM, Oracle Primavera).
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise-wide business processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
• PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in the corporate environment of Sandton is a plus.
