Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in project management roles.
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise or technology-driven projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise-level projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Establish project governance frameworks, communication plans, and reporting structures.
• Ensure projects align with business strategy and organizational priorities.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.

• Provide regular project updates, dashboards, and progress reports to leadership.
