Job summary

Afrocentric IP in South Africa is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery across multiple client projects. You will manage internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope.

The role requires 4–6 years in project management, familiarity with Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid, and proficiency with MS Projects, Jira or Smartsheet. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years' experience in project management or project coordination.
• Experience delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Working knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet or equivalent.
• Travel to client sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage assigned projects across teams, clients, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Monitor progress against scope, budget, and timelines; take corrective actions.
• Maintain project governance, risk registers, and change control documentation.
• Provide regular, clear project updates to stakeholders.
