Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive to drive net-new logos and grow existing enterprise accounts in a fast-moving data security space. You’ll prospect, build pipeline, and close opportunities while collaborating with channel partners and technology alliances to extend market reach.

The role requires experience selling to Information Security teams, a customer-first mindset, and strong communication with senior stakeholders. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into information security teams and enterprise security frameworks.
• Track record in net‑new logo acquisition and account expansion.
• Strong communication skills for executive-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data protection, ransomware concepts, and recovery strategies.
• Experience collaborating with channel partners and technology alliances.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory plan for net‑new logo acquisition and account growth.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline with direct and channel-supported opportunities.
• Engage senior decision-makers and stakeholders across large organizations.
• Lead customer engagements through discovery, evaluation, proposal development, and alignment.
• Develop value-based proposals linking Cohesity’s platform to security and resilience needs.
• Collaborate with partners (NVIDIA, IBM, HPE, AWS) to support deals and expand reach.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and quarterly forecasting.
• Share insights with sales and product teams to drive improvement.
