Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Engineering Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and industry terminology.
• Track record of sourcing and placing engineers in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Proficient with recruitment databases and ATS.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for engineering positions, from junior engineers to senior leadership.
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract specialized engineering talent.
• Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with engineering firms and manufacturing clients.
• Understand client technical requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and recruitment needs.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and trends within the engineering sector.
