You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support budgets, scheduling, and quality control within a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' civil engineering experience.
• Proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Experience in civil infrastructure design and project delivery.
• Mentoring and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of civil engineering projects.
• Prepare and review designs, drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff.
