Placements24 seeks a highly experienced Remote Senior Civil Project Manager to lead and deliver complex infrastructure projects nationwide from a home office. You will drive project lifecycles, manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years in civil project management, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and ideally a Master’s or PMP certification, with strong leadership and remote collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering project management.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects remotely.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of civil engineering projects, from initiation to closure, in a remote setting.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication channels are maintained.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations effectively through virtual interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
