Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in electrical systems design and engineering.
• Expertise in electrical system simulation and analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of power electronics, microelectronics, and control systems.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global team collaboration.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE or Pr. Eng) is highly desirable.

• Conduct detailed electrical system analysis, including power flow, thermal, and signal integrity studies.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, specifications, and technical documentation.

• Define test procedures and oversee remote testing and validation of electrical systems.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior remote engineers.
