Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in electrical installation engineering.
• Experience with substations, power plants, or heavy industrial facilities.
• Knowledge of electrical installation practices, standards (SANS, IEC), and safety regulations.
• Experience with testing and commissioning procedures for electrical equipment (switchgear, transformers, generators, motors).
• Strong leadership, project management, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

Requirements
