Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in automotive battery system design and development with leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of battery chemistries, pack design, and BMS functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and validation of high-voltage battery systems for EVs and hybrids.
• Develop specs for cells, modules, BMS, and thermal management systems.
• Oversee integration of battery systems into vehicle architectures with safety and reliability.
• Mentor and manage a team of battery systems engineers.
• Conduct rigorous testing for performance, safety, and durability.
