Requirements

• Extensive experience with utility‑scale power systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and grid interconnection.
• Strong knowledge of power system analysis, protection, and control.
• Familiarity with power conversion topologies and semiconductor devices.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing design projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, global team environment.
• Professional Engineer registration is highly desirable.
