You will mentor the electrical team, perform system-level calculations, integrate with mechanical and software teams, and maintain rigorous technical documentation and compliance with energy storage standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in electrical engineering; 3+ years in battery energy storage.
• Experience with battery chemistry, BMS, and power conversion systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop battery energy storage systems, including architecture, circuit design, and integration.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in the design, development, and deployment of advanced battery energy storage systems. Your expertise will help us scale-up our capabilities and achieve new milestones in energy storage technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop state-of-the-art battery energy storage systems, including system architecture, circuit design, and integration.
• Lead the electrical engineering team through all phases of project lifecycle, from initial concept through to design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications, using software tools for system design and simulation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Mechanical Engineers, Software Developers, and Project Managers to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall project goals.
• Serve as a technical expert in battery technology, advising on the latest trends, innovations, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design files, test reports, and product documentation.
• Ensure that all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes conform to the organization's established policies and objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years focused on battery energy storage systems.
• In-depth knowledge of battery chemistry, battery management systems, and power conversion systems.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership in an engineering environment.
• Proficient in electrical engineering software (e.g., MATLAB, Helioscope, PVsyst, PVSol, and AutoCAD Electrical).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.
