Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies tailored for e-commerce growth.
• Create and curate engaging, high-quality content (visuals, copy, videos) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and X (formerly Twitter).
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for ROI and conversion.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities.
• Analyze social media performance data, providing actionable insights and regular reports on key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, website traffic).
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
• Manage and grow online communities, fostering positive engagement and responding to customer inquiries.
• Stay abreast of algorithm changes and platform updates to ensure strategies remain effective.
• Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships to extend brand reach.
• Lead and mentor junior social media team members (if applicable).

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns and strategies.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
• Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and website analytics.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
