The ideal candidate has 10+ years in e-commerce, deep expertise in web analytics, CRO, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing, plus a proven ability to expand markets and boost ROI across platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, or online business management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing e-commerce strategies that increased revenue.
• Expertise in web analytics, A/B testing, CRO, and customer journey mapping.
• Strong command of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with major e-commerce platforms and their ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term e-commerce strategies across markets and product lines.
• Analyze performance metrics and customer data to identify growth opportunities and improvements.
• Oversee optimization of the e-commerce platform, including CRO and personalization strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of e-commerce initiatives.
• Manage budgets for digital marketing, platform development, and promotions, ensuring ROI.
