Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical E-commerce Growth Hacker for a fully remote role based out of Stellenbosch. You will identify rapid, scalable growth strategies and analyze funnels to drive acquisition and retention across channels.

The role requires a strong background in data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, CRO, and proficiency with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and marketing automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, CS, or a related field.
• Proven track record in e-commerce growth hacking.
• Strong data analysis skills using GA, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the entire e-commerce customer journey to identify growth opportunities.
• Design, implement, and track A/B tests and experiments across website and channels.
• Develop data-driven strategies for acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals.
• Utilize digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email, affiliates) to drive growth.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to translate insights into initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and report growth metrics for continuous improvement.
