Placements24 seeks a Senior E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead online sales growth for a leading beauty and wellness brand. This fully remote role focuses on SEO, SEM, email, content, and social media across a South Africa-wide remit.

You will analyze performance data, optimize the storefront, manage campaigns, and collaborate with creators and developers to ensure a cohesive brand message. Remote-first culture offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in e-commerce management and digital marketing, preferably in beauty/wellness.
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth and digital campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing and email marketing.
• Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; data-driven decision maker.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales.
