Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional driver, with training or supervisory experience.
• Valid Code 14 driver’s license and an impeccable driving record.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering driver training programs.
• In-depth knowledge of road safety laws, defensive driving techniques, and vehicle mechanics.
• Excellent instructional, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, deliver, and update driver training curricula for various categories and skill levels.
• Conduct practical driving assessments and provide constructive feedback to trainees.
• Educate drivers on road safety regulations, defensive driving techniques, and emergency procedures.
• Train drivers on vehicle operation, pre-trip inspections, and basic maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of trainee progress, attendance, and assessment results.
• Stay current with industry best practices, safety standards, and relevant legislation.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to address individual development needs.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
• Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for all trainees.
