You will design programs, assess driver performance, provide coaching, and ensure records are up to date while travelling regularly to depots to uphold safety standards and raise operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in adult education, training, or instructional delivery within transport.

• Strong communication and presentation skills for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and deliver driver training programs in Bloemfontein and nearby areas.
• Conduct classroom and on-road training for new and existing drivers.
• Assess driver competency through observations and tests.
