Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of drilling engineering experience in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with complex well construction and offshore/onshore drilling.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed drilling programs, including well design, casing design, and cementing programs.
• Plan and execute directional drilling operations, managing trajectory and BHA selection.
• Oversee drilling rig operations, ensuring safety protocols and operational efficiency.
• Manage drilling fluid programs and geological formation evaluations during drilling.
• Conduct post-drilling analysis, cost tracking, and performance reviews.
• Liaise with geologists, reservoir engineers, and HSE teams.
