Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a relevant engineering field.
• 8+ years of experience in drilling engineering, with significant exposure to onshore operations.
• Proven experience in well planning, execution, and supervision of drilling rigs.
• Strong knowledge of drilling fluids, cementing, directional drilling, and well control principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote operational setting.
