The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing drilling programs for exploration and development wells, using advanced engineering principles to ensure safety, efficiency and cost control.

Candidates will monitor real-time drilling, assess risks, prepare post-well reports, and collaborate on innovative solutions within the Oil & Gas sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Drilling Engineer in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proficiency with drilling software and well planning tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed drilling programs, including well design, casing schemes, and cementing plans.
• Select appropriate drilling equipment and techniques to optimize performance and minimize costs.
