Job summary

You will safeguard document integrity, control records, and ensure traceability across the product lifecycle, aligning with QMS and regulatory requirements.

You will manage customer and supplier documentation, review workflows, support audits, and drive improvements to document-control processes while guiding junior

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in document control, senior/coordinator experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 19475 standards and best practices.
• Experience handling technical/client documentation through lifecycle.
• Proficient with document/records management systems (PLMS/EDMS).
• Ability to manage identification, metadata, revision control and approvals.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance activities.
• South African citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and supplier documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability and on-time delivery.
• Maintain integrity and traceability of controlled documents and records throughout product lifecycles.
• Review documents for compliance with procedures, templates and approval workflows.
• Identify improvements to document-control processes, workflows and reporting.
