You will guide initiatives from strategy and planning through execution and post-implementation review, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation or related technology projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience implementing them in complex environments.
• PMP or Agile certification is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring they meet business objectives.
• Develop roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans for projects.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and external partners to define scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes; implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure clear communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor performance and provide status reports to senior leadership; enable knowledge transfer post-project.
