Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead digital transformation initiatives for clients in Upington and the Northern Cape. You will guide strategy formulation through implementation, working with senior client leadership to redefine business models and processes for the digital era.

The role demands deep technology knowledge, exceptional leadership and stakeholder management, and proven success delivering large-scale digital programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, IT consulting, or digital transformation leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies, platforms and their business applications.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on digital transformation, overseeing strategy development and execution.
• Assess current digital capabilities and identify opportunities for leveraging new technologies such as AI, cloud, and automation.
• Develop comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps, business cases and implementation plans.
• Manage cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and adoption of digital solutions.
• Advise clients on change management strategies to facilitate digital adoption and cultural shifts.
