• Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to define scope and objectives.
• Utilise Agile and Scrum to manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Oversee risk management, issues, and change control throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure effective communication and regular status updates to stakeholders.
