Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management with a focus on digital transformation or software projects.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale digital initiatives in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field; PMP or Agile certs preferred.
• Proficiency in Agile and/or Waterfall and modern PM tools (Jira/Asana/Teams).
• Strong leadership, communication, and remote stakeholder-management skills.
• Solid understanding of cloud, data analytics, and digital tech principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects with strategic alignment.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources; use digital collaboration tools.
• Manage risks and issues; implement robust contingency plans for remote teams.
• Foster collaboration among distributed teams and stakeholders with transparency.
• Monitor progress against KPIs; provide regular reports to senior management.
• Maintain centralized, accessible project documentation in cloud repositories.
