Job summary

Talent Evolution is seeking a marketing-focused professional in Pretoria to enhance customer journeys and engagement across Sales, Marketing and Digital teams. The role requires solid CRM experience and a data-driven approach to optimize loyalty and referral programmes.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years in marketing or corporate communications, strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or diploma in Marketing, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in marketing, digital marketing or corporate communications.
• Understanding of customer journeys, engagement and retention.
• Experience with CRM, digital communications, loyalty or referral programmes.
• Exposure to training or digital enablement is advantageous.
• Experience in direct selling or FMCG/beauty/wellness is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills to translate feedback into improvements.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Digital teams.
