Minimum requirements:
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, Customer Experience, Communications or a related field. Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing, digital marketing or corporate communication environment. A strong understanding of customer or Consultant journeys, engagement and retention. Experience working with CRM, digital communications, loyalty, incentives or referral programmes. Exposure to training, learning and development or digital enablement would be advantageous. Experience in direct selling, FMCG, beauty, wellness or skin care would be advantageous. Analytical and able to turn feedback, data and insights into practical improvements. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities. Strong communicator who can work confidently across different teams and stakeholder groups. Collaborative and comfortable working across Sales, Marketing and Digital.
