Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking a marketing-focused professional in South Africa to lead customer journey initiatives and support engagement strategies across Sales, Marketing and Digital teams.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, Customer Experience or Communications, plus at least 3 years in marketing, digital marketing or corporate communications. You should analyze data, drive improvements and collaborate across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, Customer Experience, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing, digital marketing or corporate communication environment.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, engagement and retention.
• Experience with CRM, digital communications, loyalty or referral programmes.
• Exposure to training, learning and development or digital enablement would be advantageous.
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, wellness or skin care would be advantageous.
• Analytical and able to turn feedback, data and insights into improvements.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities.
• Strong communicator able to work across teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborative and comfortable working across Sales, Marketing and Digital.
