Incubeta is seeking a Digital Experience Executive to own the flawless execution of digital experience workstreams, bridging the gap between foundational support and tactical management across SEO, reactive digital PR and content performance. You’ll lead complex audits with autonomy and ensure high-quality outreach for global audiences.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience across technical SEO and reactive digital PR with execution depth.
• Ability to lead complex technical audits (crawling, indexing, site architecture).
• Strong analytical skills using GA4 and Search Console to drive insights.
• Capability to translate data into clear client narratives and recommendations.
• Mentoring or supporting junior team members with ownership of timelines.

Responsibilities

• Bring deep executional expertise across SEO and reactive PR, ensuring content is optimised within a cohesive digital experience.
• Lead complex technical audits and diagnose issues related to crawling, indexing, and site architecture.
• Manage on-page optimisations and visibility workstreams across traditional search and discovery platforms.
• Monitor real-time news and perform reactive PR outreach with high-quality pitches for international/local outlets.
• Maintain client understanding of their business and identify content gaps affecting conversion.
• Partner with the Digital Experience Manager/Director on Tier 1 accounts to align execution with strategy.
• Mentor junior Executives and Associates, promoting AI/automation for efficiency while safeguarding quality.
